Welcome to 6th grade social science!
This year we are learning about geography and the ancient civilizations, through inquiry based learning. Students will make connections between ancient history and our world today. Students will look for patterns as to how history tends to repeat itself. Each quarter your child will complete a final inquiry project that must be turned in 2 weeks prior to the end of the quarter. This is a major part of students' final standard marks.

A world of difference is made when teachers and parents work together! If I do not have your email address, please email me for an invite to this wonderful program.
